I've pursuing my graduation (distance education) ... during this time I'm doing my body care too ...You do not have to know everything or be perfect to start a yoga teacher training. ... You don't want to start a teacher training not knowing what Downward Facing Dog is or what a Sun Salutation is. You do need experience. You do not need to be an expert – that's what teacher trainings and years of practice are for ;).
