About Stephen
There are outbursts with high school students. I have been swung at. There have been profanities and other disrespectful actions that occurred over the years. However, I always found the blank slate every day to be the best way to avoid further conflict.
That means that every day is a new day. Make it great. Don't waste it fighting.

The purpose of creating this ad is to utilize my conflict resolution skills for the greater good. I am a great listener and can have a conversation with anyone on any topic. A lot of the time this means setting ground rules and expectations. Guided and structured conversations are effective in resolving issues where two parties are heavily invested and unable to reach agreements. Mediation is often important.
