About Nazia
Who is The Eventeur?
My passion for event planning was ignited in 2016 when I was chosen to head a team of learners responsible for the organisation and planning of the school’s fund-raising.
I discovered that I enjoyed the meticulous detail involved in the planning and executing of an event. I found that it complimented my personality as I am a natural leader, a person with an eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
This led me to begin studying Events Management full time in 2018.
During the course of my studies I learnt the finer details of marketing a successful event and had the opportunity to work together with a team of students to organise a “Family Fun Day” in my local community. This was a hard learning curve but it taught me the practical aspects and the problem solving component that an events co-ordinator must naturally have.

It is absolutely essential that the teaching methods you use help students make connections to their learning. Real-life connections make learning interesting and relevant for students.
Building relationships in the classroom is extremely powerful for students' behavioral and academic success.
I'm always trying to improve my students' reading. Providing students with reading material that interests them and helps them to understand the joys of reading for pleasure
I use teacher-centred methods, learner-centred methods, content-focused methods and interactive/participative methods.
