About David
Born in Lisbon, I am a relaxed and methodical mother tongue, excited to teach you Portuguese from Portugal. I have been living in Berlin for 2 years and have always loved language (now I am learning Arabic). I have been teaching math and English for years.

We usually choose a language book and follow it for the semester. You definitely read one or two (children's) books per semester and if you are musical, I teach a few simple songs to improve the accent. My lessons are usually divided into four parts: - in tandem, by repeating the vocabulary and topics of the last lesson - grammar shots (for which there is homework!) - new words on the weekly / monthly topic with listening, speaking or reading exercises - Text production

Perfect! David ist wirklich ein sehr toller Lehrer. Er bereitet sich super gut vor, geht sehr auf die Bedürfnisse seiner Schüler*innen ein und bietet ein breites, vielfältiges und abwechslungsreiches Lernprogramm an. David lehrt nicht nur die Sprache sondern vermittelt auch die Kultur und Politik des Landes. Der Unterricht bringt mir unglaublich viel Freude und ich freue mich schon auf meine Fortschritte. Ich kann David als Lehrer absolut weiter empfehlen
