About Leila
Ayant toujours suivi des cours de pédagogie parallèlement à mes études de violoncelle, je me passionne depuis longtemps pour l'enseignement. J'ai eu l'occasion d'enseigner le violoncelle, l'orchestre à cordes et la théorie musicale à des élèves d'âges et de niveaux variés. Curieuse, positive et créative, mon objectif est toujours d'offrir une approche adaptée à chaque élève.

Having always taken pedagogy courses alongside my cello studies, I have long been passionate about teaching. I’ve had the opportunity to teach cello, string orchestra, and music theory to students of various ages. Curious, positive, and creative, my goal is always to provide an approach that is as well-adapted to each student as possible.

J'ai enseigné le violoncelle dans diverses écoles de musique en France, en Allemagne et au Canada. Il est très important pour moi d'offrir un enseignement dynamique, équilibré entre technique et musicalité, et adapté aux besoins et aux objectifs des élèves (exercices, choix des morceaux, planification des cours...). Favoriser l'autonomie et la créativité est également un aspect essentiel de mon approche pédagogique.

While studying cello performance and pedagogy, I have consistently taught cello in various music schools in France, Germany, and Canada. It is very important for me to offer a reflective and dynamic approach to teaching, balanced between technique and musicality, and adapted to the students’ needs and goals (exercice, choice of pieces, lesson planning...). Fostering autonomy and creativity is also a key aspect of my pedagogical approach.
