About Daniel
I am a NASM and ASFA certified Personal Trainer. I have vast experience in training others in person and online with many success stories and pictures to prove my effectiveness. Over 8 years of experience training others online and in person. I have had clients aged 12-80’s and I’ve also competed in bodybuilding in the classic physique category, so there’s a lot of range to what I can do. I have a Facebook business profile with 15+ 5-star reviews. I absolutely love what I do and changing lives is extremely fulfilling for me! If you need someone to hold you accountable and guide you through your journey, I am your man!

I genuinely love changing peoples lives and teaching them how to become their best selves through learning how to eat according to their goals and how to train properly. I grew up with weight issues myself, constantly bullied, always insecure. Eventually the gym changed my life and I in turn wanted to help others change theirs. Being uncomfortable in your own skin is crippling, I’ve been there. I have been training clients for over 8 years now in person and have had great success doing so, and I’m positive I can give you back your confidence and control of your life. I wanted to expand and see if there are other people out there that can benefit from my skill set. Helping people progress to see what they’re capable of with a little guidance is the most fulfilling thing for me. Let me change your life!
