I have known Ms. Matilda for many years as a colleague in our school. Over time, I have also worked closely with her in leadership roles, both as her Team Leader and later as Assistant Principal. One experience that stands out is working with Ms. Matilda during our collaborative planning and instructional discussions. She consistently demonstrated openness to feedback and a willingness to refine her practice. I particularly appreciate how she integrates inquiry-based strategies with clear, structured instruction, ensuring that students not only explore ideas but also master essential skills. Her dedication to her students and her positive spirit make her a valued member of the teaching team.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Matilda. She has been tutoring my son in reading and the improvement in his confidence and ability has been incredible. She is patient, encouraging, and has a great way of making learning enjoyable for children. My son genuinely looks forward to his lessons and has developed a much stronger interest in reading since working with her.
