About Caryn
I have 25 years of preschool experience and have also been teaching kids yoga for the past 15 years to children from age 2-12, so I have lots of magic tricks to keep young learners engaged and learning at the same time. I am TEFL certified and am in the process of becoming an Integrated Learning practitioner. My superpower is teaching through movement as movement helps to stimulate children’s brain development, so my classes are loads of fun but also impactful. My main aim with teaching English to foreign students is to help them integrate effortlessly into their new environment.

What you can expect in my class…I teach young learners the essentials of English communication such as speaking, listening, reading and writing, with an emphasis on vocabulary growth, basic grammar, and correct pronunciation, so that young learners can understand and communicate in English effectively.
I do this using lots of visual props, songs, rhymes, games and role play activities.
