I have a passion for English, reading, and writing. I love kids, and I’m extremely patient and understanding. I have experience tutoring children ages 3-12. My lesson plans are engaging and interactive. I like to start with a warm up, and quick chat! Then we move on to vocabulary building, and an interactive activity. I also enjoy doing reading activities that make learning fun. Towards the end of our lesson I normally ask some comprehension questions, using prompts like “What do you think..? Or “Can you tell me about..?”. My lesson plan fits elementary and middle school children the best! I like to think my energy level & passion for literature sets me apart from other tutors. I truly love what I do & teach!
