About Laura
10 years experience in teaching horse riding (all ages and experience levels) and academic tutoring. I am able to adapt my teaching to the needs and learning style of my students.
My qualifications:
BSc Veterinary Biology
NDip Equine Science
EQASA Stable Manager
EEBW Equine Bodyworker Level 1 with specialisation in Myofascial Release

I believe that training should benefit horse and trainer/rider both mentally and physically. I have a special interest in groundwork, and horse and rider biomechanics.
Over the past 4 years I have found the Straightness Training methodology to be extremely beneficial for all types of horses and riders/trainers.
At all times, I maintain a classroom atmosphere that encourages open-mindedness, critical thinking but most importantly positivity and respect for all. Learning should be a joyful journey for all involved :)
