About Gianluca
I founded my business in December 2015, fulfilling my dreams. I now have a cafe in London and I am planning an expansion in the Hospitality Business.
On my entrepreneurship journey I encountered countless tests and challenges, all passed so far. Attracting new customers, keeping the ones I have, dealing with staff members, cutting costs, finding motivation, etc.
Entrepreneurship is, like life, a forever learning experience. To take your business to the next level you must have a strategy and work your ass off. I learnt from mistakes and got advices from the right people, who helped me in building the strong business foundation I now have.
I am lucky to have a network of like minded entrepreneurs that push each other to move forward fearless.
My experience is focussed on the hospitality business (especially cafes and restaurants). I am a master in organisation, daily run of operations, management of staff and customers, building a sustainable company and I have plenty of advices for bettering general entrepreneur lives, sharping their focus and productivity.

I teach how to implement a strategy to your business and build the foundation that every business needs to survive and then thrive. Growing a business is not an easy task and unless done with the right mentality and system in place, can be a hard experience.
I teach by holding a mirror to the person I'm teaching to and let everything that is within him to flow out. I help students put in words and on paper everything they know about their business, the business they are in and build a plan for the following months / years (planning is fundamental for every entrepreneur). I also teach by sharing my own life experiences and analysing them and I help entrepreneurs, pushing them to take action on the plan they (we) built.
I help entrepreneurs building perfect business plans to pitch new investments to expand their business.
