About Georgia
By way of background, I graduated from Imperial with a First Class degree in Biochemistry. I subsequently went on to join Macquarie in their Principal Finance division, working on Private Credit deals. I am now pursuing an MSc in Finance and Private Equity at the London School of Economics. I tutored extensively throughout my undergraduate studies both through top London agencies and privately. At A-level, I achieved A*A*A in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics. At GCSE, I achieved 11 A*s. I have a focused approach, exclusively offering 11+ tuition. 11+ is a process that I went through myself (albeit some time ago!) and I can recall how daunting yet rewarding it was to sit challenging exams for the first time. I hope to support students in growing their intellectual curiosity and in gaining confidence in their academic abilities in the same way that I did. My top tips for 11+ success: 1) Read as many books as you can (they can be about anything that interests you!); 2) Start early (take time to understand your strengths and weaknesses early on); and 3) Don't forget to practise your interviewing skills.

One of the key goals of my lessons is to build a student's confidence in the key exam subjects. I understand that each student has their own method of learning, so I am keen to help develop an individual learning plan that caters to each student's individual needs. Whilst my lessons deliver a structured way of learning for my students, I also recognise the importance of making tutorials engaging and dynamic. For students wishing to refine their interview skills, I offer mock interviews which aim to simulate what a student might expect in a real 11+ interview. Mock interview sessions consist of a 20-minute interview followed by 40 minutes of discussion and feedback.

Georgia tutored next for my chemistry GCSE through a school scheme. She was really helpful and explained things much more clearly than my teachers had.
Thank you so much for helping me with my chemistry test revision! You explained things so clearly and taught me some really useful exam tips that I will definitely be using from now on so thank you!
The tutoring I received from Georgia for my GCSE maths and physics was invaluable. She taught me topics in ways that made them easy to understand, as well as giving me some really useful exam technique guidance and advice for my revision. Would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a tutor.
