About Eevi

I have worked as a substitute teacher for over 5 years including Finnish as a second language, also worked as a school assistant in immigrant classes and a language tutor for adults. Originally a music teacher, I have a passion for teaching and languages.

About the lesson

Creative, patient and supportive. We can agree together how to work on your or your child's Finnish skills based on your current level and interests. We can have conversations, practice grammar or vocabulary, writing, reading, do exercises or translate songs. With children I know various games and songs to motivate and encourage.

Perfect! Eevi is not only an excellent teacher but also a lovely person with a good sense of humour. As a teacher she is knowledgeable, experienced, patient, prepared, motivated and creative. I have just started to learn the Finnish language and I am very happy to have found Eevi as my teacher. Eevi knows how to create a friendly and supportive teaching environment where I feel comfortable to learn and to study. I would recommend Eevi to anyone who want to learn Finnish!
