About Ling
I am professional Mandarin teacher who is in love with Chinese language and culture. I want to share my love and passion for it with people who are interested in Mandarin and to help them overcome all the difficulties that may occur on their language journey.
I graduated from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, where I studied for bachelor's degree in translation from Chinese and then proceeded to get master's degree in teaching foreign languages in Moscow Pedagogical State University. During this time I got Chinese Government Scholarship and studied two years in China, taking classes in Mandarin, Chinese history and culture, and teaching Mandarin as a second foreign language. After graduation I was constantly teaching as a private tutor and also I was working as a teacher in primary, secondary and high school in Moscow.
My students pass the HSK exams levels 3-5 with high grades and one of them already got Chinese Government Scholarship and now it's studying in Shanghai University.
I want my students to have perfect learning experience, so that they could enjoy learning Mandarin while achieving their goals.

Lessons are individually tailored with students level, goal and preferences in mind. Typically each lesson contains colourful presentation with all the necessary information and exercises to practice reading, writing listening and speaking.
Lessons range between 60 minutes for children (from 10 years of age) and 90 minutes for adults.
