About Sophie
I am dedicated to helping my students achieve top grades. I also offer beginners classes for novice learners.
I have had previous experience in tutoring pupils in French and Spanish and was so proud to see theit initial progress as well as significantly improved marks in their work and exam results.

I have done french A-level and achieved a 1st in my degree in my first year. I will provide the student with my personal grammar notes and vocabulary and urge them to learn particular vocabulary sections for the following lesson.
Typically a lesson will consist of testing the learnt vocab from the previous week. I will also cover a grammar point (object pronouns for example) and then we will do some relatedexercises. Most lessons will also involve some oral practice but a lesson can be tailored to areas in which the pupil feels that they need improvement.
I am patient, enthusiastic for my subject and will pass on my personal methods of learning languages to my students.
