About Peter
I am a qualified Architect and Certified PassivHaus Designer with international and UK work and competition experience. I graduated with a 1st class degree for both Part 1 (LJMU) and Part 2 (Glasgow School of Art) having won the Deutsche Bank Award for Architecture 2012 and a GIA commendation in 2014. I was nominated for the Bronze Presidents Medal in 2012 and the GSA Landscape Drawing Award in 2015. I have won international design competitions whilst in practice and have projects built and under construction in the UK and mainland China. During university I was involved in design crits and workshops with younger students and since graduating I have worked with 2 AJ100 companies developing constructed schemes in the UK and competition winning schemes abroad. I have a good knowledge of AutoCAD, Microstation, Revit, SketchUP, Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator.

I am an approachable and flexible tutor and can arrange tutorials around your requirements and needs. I have been providing tutorials via Superprof for 3 years now and most of my students tend to use sessions to develop their designs between crits / tutor groups and then polish off portfolios and final submissions. It is great to see my students grow and develop with input and discussion, and help them realise their aspirations and ideas. I am a certified PassivHaus Designer with competition wins and awards both in university and in the world of Architectural practice internationally. I can aid in all areas of architectural design from ideas and presentation techniques to technical and environmental design queries. Perfect! Peter tutored me through my second and third year studying Architecture. He helped with everything from design to technology to learning the computer programmes. The lessons were always clear and productive, he gave good advice on how to develop my projects, was full of great ideas and explained everything thoroughly! Definitely recommend!

Details
No cancellation fee - Appreciate student commitments and availability may change suddenly but a 2 hour notice would be appreciated. I can travel to the west end, city centre or southside/shawlands areas. Alternative arrangements can be made if face-to-face meet-up is no longer possible - I am flexible.
