Meditative, slow or power-paced multi-style classes using breathwork, alignment and mindful sequencing. Sessions range from 30–75 minutes. With six years’ tutoring experience, I teach beginner and intermediate students one-to-one or in groups, supporting safe progression, embodiment, nervous-system regulation, and integrated mind, body awareness.
