About Lucy
My name is Lucy and I am a 21 year old Music and English student at the University of Sheffield. My main passions are reading and musical theatre and after leaving university I would like to be both a performer and a teacher. I love teaching others and watching my students improve their grades and achieve their full potential.

Typically an hour long, my lessons vary according to the students learning goals, whether that is extra help with their spelling or help with their GCSE texts, notes and coursework. My teaching approach focuses on boosting the student's enjoyment of the subject to further their engagement so that they can get the most out of each session.
I have been tutoring GCSE level English literature for about 4 years and I also have a year of experience in teaching English as a second language. I have helped all my GCSE students achieve outstanding results in their final exams and can offer references upon request.
