About Mya
Mya goes above and beyond for each and every student. My motto is your goals are my goals. All too often teachers are interested in only sticking to their typical lessons. While I strongly believe in the importance of basic English literature skills, I enjoy working with students to meet goals they are passionate about.

Mya uses a combination of modern work and classical literature to create unique and engaging lesson plans. Students can plan to spend time in class diving deeper into topics that interest them to learn all things English! Students will learn multiple formats of college level writing (MLA, APA, Etc). Mya is also available to work one on one with students on college applications.
