About Kavya
Hi! I am in high school, which allows me to connect with students better. Along with my three years of tutoring with a non profit organization, I have also tutored many local students. My hobbies include reading, writing and debating with others. I am also a perfectionist, so I assure that students get the necessary education that they deserve. My favorite thing to do is connect with my students, which helps me understand where they stand in their education, and how they learn.

I teach based on the student's needs, and understanding of the concept. The student will first take a test, for example writing an essay, just so I can see where the student is and what they need to learn. I am passionate, and I am in high school, which allows me to connect with younger and older students better than older tutors. I know what teachers are expecting now and I can provide the student with the exactly what is necessary. While also working with the student to see what they need, I will also discuss with their parent/guardian to fit in extra work into their schedules! I ask parents to be cooperative to see how much progress is made by their child.
