About Mariane
I have a medical background - Radiography. After working in a hospital for 8 years , I started working for Medical equipment companies who sell and install Digital Medical equipment. After I negotiated the sales and commissioned the installations , I followed through by teaching all hospital staff on how to use the equipment. This included clerical staff, nurses and Medical specialist doctors. This teaching/applications training was either hands-on, or presentations as well as remotely via Teamviewer or Zoom. I have 22 years of experience in this: dealing with people from all walks of life and teaching. Over and above Medical, I also studies Business Management , Sales Management , Computers A + and Network +. The "Dimensions of Professional selling" taught me how to quickly identify different personality types and the best way to deal with each one of them on the right level.
I have a diverse base of general knowledge and good experience in computer literacy.
I was a tutor for The Really Great Teacher Company (Wall street English) for one year and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I am confident in my ability to teach students of all levels and ages.
When teaching students at a lower level I use a lot of TPR and do my best to carry over the information they need to learn.
When students are of a high level I will go into detail with the lesson and ensure they feel they have learned everything they need to.
Since being an enthusiastic person my classes are fun and enjoyable. Students should feel excited when entering my class.
I prefer to build up the lesson with a slight reminder of previous work (the warm-up), I then focus on creating the context for the new content to learn. I assist them with performing free talk and then test the students' knowledge of the new content. This approach has proven to be successful: this is proven in the high feedback ratings I receive from students.
