About Shireen Khan
My love for literature and stories drove me to pursue my higher studies in English, and I want my students to be able to do the same. I hope to teach my students not just the text they have to study, but also how to truly go about studying literature. My degrees also provide me with the perfect skill set to guide my students to work through their problems in forming and writing academic level answers that stand out from the rest.

I like to immerse myself in whatever it is that I'm reading, and I love to show my students how to do the same. Studying literature is not simply making sense of some words on paper, but rather making sense of life and characters and history. It is living vicariously through another. The only way to truly excel at literature is to appreciate the experience of another.
