About Joseph
I am an undergraduate university student currently studying law at the University of Nottinham. Tutoring was something I started whilst studying A-Level English Literature and found myself very much enjoying helping struggling students achieve their goals, both big and small. I also found that I was able to connect and adapt to each student's mindset and help them find a personal way of learning and enjoying English.

I take a informal approach to learning as I believe this to be the best way to engage with students and have them be more willing to learn. Getting to know the students on a personal level, how they think and how they learn, is the best way to start actually improving their way of thinking. English is as much about understanding how to analyse as it is about the books and texts themselves. To start, it's about finding the students ability and their way of thinking. It is from there that I will tailor the sessions specifically to the student and aid them in finding how they can perform at their best.
