About Hannah
I currently study English Literature at the University of Edinburgh. I have volunteered in a couple of schools helping with art classes and reading with struggling children. I also tutored GCSE sciences in school with pupils who went on to gain all A*s. I love my subject and would like to spread my love of English, whilst helping and improving results.

I can give lessons to people in any stage of school and at any level. There are always ways to improve and learn however small or large. When tutoring I like to ask what the pupils find problematic, then dissect this into smaller more manageable problems. This breaking down helps a more wholistic and less daunting learning curve. In relation to more factual subjects I also like to look at the syllabus and get pupils to categorise things into yes/maybe/no in order to find what they understand. My methodology depends on the person as one size does not fit all.
