About Saleha

Every student has the potential to thrive, succeed and excel. I aim to unlock and inspire students in each session, ensuring them that they can achieve their aspirations.

I have recently graduated from Queen Mary, University of London with First Class Honours in English and my ultimate aim is to become a teacher. With previous experience in tutoring, I understand that each student will have different goals and targets and I can cater each session accordingly to ensure that you get the most out of it!

I can teach English to all ages (KS1-5). For GCSE, I am able to teach both Lanuage and Literature and for A-Levels, I specialise in Literature. For English undergraduates, I am able to help with improving the quality of writing for essays alongside the dissertation.

However, as an English graduate I am also able to help any undergraduates who may want extra help with improving the clarity of writing in essays too!

About the lesson

I am an aspiring English teacher and a firm believer that each student learns differently - therefore, I will adapt each session to cater to the student as an individual. Together we can target areas for improvement and find out what methods of learning work best for you!

The length of each lesson can range from anywhere between 30 minutes to more than an hour - I will adapt to whatever works best for you!

I am a firm believer that each lesson should be interactive and within a comfortable environment to ensure you get the most out of each session.

Whether it be going through completed essays and working on improving them or going over a past paper together, each lesson really depends on what you want to get out of it. Just let me know whatever you want to focus on and I can adjust each session accordingly - it really is all about your individual goals!

I am available to teach any age ranging from primary to A-Levels. I am also available to help any English undergraduates with tackling essays and focusing on improving the overall quality of essay writing. I can also help 3rd year students with planning ahead for the dissertation and targeting areas for improving the quality and clarity of writing!

I understand that during this cost of living crisis, tutoring can be a luxury expense that many will find difficult to budget for. This is why I have tried to set each session at a more affordable price as I don't want any student to go without getting the additional help they need purely because of finances.
