About DLAH
I have been teaching English online for a number of years on various platforms.
I really enjoy meeting new students and hearing about their lives and experiences and what drives them to learn a new language.
My day to day work, I'm based in a medical profession so enjoy teaching medical english, I also have experience teaching business English and working through common phases that are not common place.
I have a young daughter who I have taught to read and write, developing these skills I felt that they would be of use to other students which is how I ended up tutoring!

My lessons are based around your needs as a student.
We all learn in very different ways, discovering each individuals learning style is important because this will help retention of information and make lessons more fun and help me become adaptable to your learning needs.
English language lessons I tend to choose topics with you that you enjoy and we have a conversation about this with some practice questions and going back over new vocabulary and what it means.
Lessons are always relaxed and remember making mistakes helps up learn!
