About Nyx

Armed with the lived experience of dodging both burnout and bad Wi-Fi, I aim to make my class a space where curiosity thrives, honesty is valued, and literary analysis feels a little less like a chore and more like a secret club of meaning-hunters. I'm here not just as your teacher, but as your co-explorer in the strange and beautiful world of English studies. Looking forward to meeting the brilliant, brave minds ahead!

About the lesson

You're about to enter a classroom where commas are sacred, metaphors are daily bread, and sarcasm is the native tongue. I'm the kind of teacher who might give you an existential crisis and a snack in the same class. I grade like a poet—emotionally—but teach like a pirate: dramatic, curious, and occasionally shouting "Aha!"

You won’t always understand what’s happening—but neither do I, so at least we’ll be confused together. So, catch me while you can.
