About Abraham

I am a graduate of English Language with Master’s equivalent in view. I have requisite knowledge in the subject, and in the area of administration too.

I have taught English language at various levels. I have prepared students for several examinations such as: IELTs, IGCSE, CHECKPOINTS, TOEFL, UTME, WAEC and NECO with successful outcome. I have trained students also for various competitions such as ESSAY WRITING, DEBATE, and SPELLING BEE both nationally and internationally with a lot of trophies to show.

Apart from my antecedent qualifications as the Deputy Head of my Department, a TEFL professional teacher and a Student Affairs Officer, I am a sociable person who has a natural ability to listen to others when necessary, and build relationships with different kinds of people in order to foster development in the work space.

Moreover, I would consider myself to be someone whose strengths include cultural sensitivity and an ability to build good rapport with a diverse workforce in a multicultural setting.

One of my strongest points is my self-motivation which allows me to perform well under pressure and against aggressive deadlines in any pressurised environment.

Being a highly analytical thinker, I am able to quickly identify, scrutinise, improve, and streamline complex work processes. These qualities have helped me greatly to understand and train even slow learners to become confident of themselves, trust their own abilities, and turn out beautifully in their final year examinations.

Besides my past experiences as a professional teacher and a leader in my department, I am capable of establishing and communicating clear objectives for all learning activities, and also developing high quality schemes of work and lesson plans for students. Combining these core competencies, I believe I would be an excellent tutor for you.

About the lesson

Believe learning must be fun, and all engaging to ensure learners find common grounds to reach their desired goals. As a motivator therefore, my wish is to see learners excel, using team work and collaboration as their veritable tools. Also, high targets are set to keep learners on their toes for better performance.
