English Language and Literature student in Reading looking to motivate other students!

I reached out to Maria in April asking her to tutor my 11-year-old son. Eddie needed to improve his writing skills and I asked Maria to incorporate different writing styles and tasks. I was impressed by how much Eddie enjoyed the lessons and by how much effort Maria put in preparing material for the lessons. Thank you so much Maria!

Maria tutored me in English Literature A Level for a year and I cannot recommend her enough. I found really useful that she would set objectives and came up with a plan so that we could tackle those objectives. Before our lessons, I really struggled with analysing texts and planning essays. Maria showed me different techniques and included lots of practice, which helped me develop my analytical and planning skills. Maria was also always excited for our lessons which made me feel supported and motivated.
