About Maxwell
I have studied English, Anthropology, History and Philosophy at a university level, and earned a BA in English (From Goldsmiths, University of London) and a Masters in English (from the University of Sheffield). In addition, I have worked as a professional writer for many years, in journalism, fashion and the automotive industry.

Lesson structures will depend on the subject areas and goals of the student, but I broadly believe in an individualized approach. Studying the humanities is idiosyncratic and there is no universal formula for success. I get to know my students and help encourage their natural strengths and skills rather than forcing them into some prescriptive paradigmatic approach.
I am fixed to help with exam prep, essays and learning at a school or university level--or beyond.
