About Divyanshi

English and Hindi are my native languages. Completed my Spanish certification, diploma, and advanced diploma from the ST. STEPHENS COLLEGE, University Of Delhi and have been working with some other platforms as well as offline tuitions to teach different languages for three years now and have several students. They are mostly foreigners working in India who wish to learn the language, and hone their conversational as well as written skills in the same. It is always a great time to not only teach someone a new thing but to also learn from them about their culture and place. I have also been teaching children Spanish, English and Hindi for their school course. I thoroughly enjoy doing what I do and would love to have you on this journey with me too!

About the lesson

I have always loved teaching and would give personal attention to each student and do not mind repeating several times until the student finally grasps the concept. I take a grammatical approach to look at how sentences are built in Hindi, the basic syntax and by adding vocabulary, the student feels confident and is able to talk in Hindi in no time. I'm an extremely patient person and understanding of different needs and learning requirements of every student and will work accordingly. If any new approaches need to be taken in course of time then I'm happy to adapt to different methodologies. I constantly keep my students enthusiastic about learning. The more excited they are the more focused they will be in the class. Since each student has a special learning style, I customize the lesson to his or her needs and develop the student’s understanding, skills and knowledge. I utilize visual aids, such as PowerPoint Presentations, PDF worksheets, and several images which help with vocabulary. Since developing a language requires hearing, speaking, and writing, I always engage students in a dialogue using real-life examples and I have students use repetition and independent critical thinking. I remind students to take notes as it will reinforce the learning process. Doing homework is essential as the more practices are done at home, the quicker the language acquisition transpires.
