About Zinhle
I studied the Bachelor's Degree of Social science, and obtain a 120 hour TEFL certificate including 2 years teaching experience. I am a person who is vibrant, approachable, polite and dedicated with a ready smile in lending a helping hand, more especially when it comes to sharing my knowledge of the English language. I am passionate about teaching and get to do lots of research to share the knowledge that I have gained thus far. I aim to build students confidence in their English abilities while paying attention to spelling, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and fluency.

My approach to teaching has always been student-centered by increasing student talking time and decrease teacher talking time. I help students with communication, grammar, vocabulary and most importantly the confidence of using what their learned when having English conversations with diverse people which leads to creating a life-changing experience for the students. It is also important to give personalized attention and support to each student of their English abilities. I will also provide hands-on-learning through Eliciting which is to involve students in the learning process by asking questions and use visual aids and gestures to see what information students know and don't know. It is also important to provide hands on teaching when necessary to avoid students feeling discouraged especially when providing instant correction when students make mistakes in reading, pronunciation, and communication.
I also simplify lessons which would help them and provide my students with tips to help them improve their areas of focus.
Making learner's use the vocabulary learned through practice activities such as worksheets, role-play, and presentation activities are a great way to improve their understanding skills.
I don't just teach just a language, I show the students a whole new world by using the target language learned, and this is through creating a classroom that is safe, caring, and fun where students are free to speak their mind and for students to reach their full potential. I would add value into the student's English abilities in terms of breaking the English language barrier resulting in seeing the progress of my student's performances.
