About Rebecca

I am a student with a passion for English and the teaching thereof.

I completed my Cambridge IGCSE English course with an A-grade result. Recently I also completed my Cambridge AS level English exams, and wait in anticipation for their outcome!

While I do not have entensive experience in teaching, I do have a natural aptitude for teaching and I will do my best to adapt to any person's specific learning style as to create a conducive learning environment.

As I personally have completed my Cambridge courses as an online student, I do have experience in the online world of learning. Therefore I believe that I would be able to empathize with any student beginning online learning, and feeling nervous or unsure.

Whilst undergoing my online English lessons, I constantly found new ideas about how we could improve our classes, and I do believe I can bring a fresh perspective into learning English and having fun while doing so!

About the lesson

I am an 18 year old female, with a kind and gentle approach to teaching.

My preferable students would be children in the age range of 6 to 15, implying the target grades would be primary school to highschool.

The first lesson would be a "Get to know each other" session, where I would identify what the child struggles with and what our plan of action would be to overcome these obstacles.

From that point forwards, I will be flexible and have versatile teaching strategies. Which would mean that I set out a specific plan for your child and will be constantly monitoring that my teaching method is suiting your child and causing him or her to progress.
