About Jules
I’m an English and Professional writing student just two courses shy from completing my Specialized Honours BA at York University! I have received numerous scholarships, been published twice through York’s Professional Writing Students’ Association, and worked in professional writing for over 3 years.

The first goal I have as a teacher is to meet the needs of my students. I don’t believe one fixed method is the “right way.” Instead, I will work with you to find your writing style and your voice, your way.
In addition to teaching writing skills, I have specific interests in: multimodal writing, social justice and equality, LGBTQ issues, Indigenous Canada.

Jules is an excellent writing tutor. I started working with her in high school, and my writing skills rapidly improved. Through continuous work, my writing flourished, and I am able to write essays and papers without difficulty. Jules teaches lasting skills, and I wholeheartedly recommend her.
