About Mohd Junaid
I've alongside with my engineering, studied and experimented everything related to bodybuilding on myself, later on, I gave online personal training to a few known people and I also train people in my gym sometimes. This huge obsession with gym made me pursue a personal training certification course called ISSA (ongoing).
I've trained about 12 people and gave them the basic inputs of fitness and nutrition to follow in day to day life. It's been 2 years now and I regularly guide young kids at my gym for several years.
All my clients have a positive feedback and above all, I enjoy doing this job and in the future, I'll surely open my own gym and would want to educate whole of India about how important fitness and nutrition is.

I've done martial arts for six years in my schooling days and later couldn't continue, out of frustration I joined the gym 5 years back and now it is my life. As much as I love to workout, I love to train people too.
I always make my clients understand what really matters i.e., Proper Execution of the exercise, in order to achieve this online I send them videos of my own or if they're present in-person I physically guide them.
As a teacher, I'd like to share with you the basic fundamentals of bodybuilding and nutrition through which you'll be able to achieve a physique of your dreams.
