My teaching method is very friendly,if person really wants to get rid from stress then first i try to understand the problems of his/her life..then i identify the main problem of his/her life due to which he/she continuously facing stress.then i give the solutions to solve that problems easily & to avoid stress from ur life,i continuously take its feedback,& try to manage ur stress properly..
For whom this classes are..specially for students(graduation level,school/clg students)any person who is facing stress in his/her life.
