About Shreya

Iam a first year engineering student,since everything has been online recently i get a lot of free time,and i read a lot about stress management and indeed have a learning in counselling is specific areas,such as relationships,peer pressure and mobile addiction

About the lesson

My teaching methodology would be a very casual one,since we arent learning any theories or mugging up formulas in this area,its more of a one on one free talk session,where the student engages with me and we talk about life.
