About Ritika

My fascination with engineering began with curiosity about how things work and how designs solve problems. Over ten years, I have combined academic study, hands-on practice, and teaching experience to cultivate expertise and inspire students. Teaching allows me to guide learners in developing both technical skill and creative problem-solving ability. I teach with patience, clarity, and adaptability, recognising that each student learns differently. Lessons integrate structured guidance, hands-on exercises, and real-world examples to ensure deep understanding and practical application. Outside the classroom, I explore innovations in engineering, sustainable design, and emerging technologies. Engineering is not just a career—it is a mindset. Helping students adopt this mindset and apply it creatively is my greatest fulfilment.

About the lesson

Engineering combines scientific principles, mathematics, and creativity to solve practical problems. In my lessons, I emphasise understanding concepts alongside applying them in real-world scenarios. I create a supportive and engaging environment where students are encouraged to ask questions, experiment, and think critically. Lessons are structured to build both technical competence and innovative problem-solving skills, allowing learners to approach challenges methodically and creatively. Beginners explore fundamentals such as forces, motion, energy, materials, and basic design principles. Intermediate students analyse systems, apply mathematics and physics, and undertake small-scale design projects. Advanced learners study mechanics, circuits, structural analysis, and engineering design methodologies. Lessons integrate projects, assignments, and exam preparation to ensure both theoretical understanding and practical application. Engineering study develops analytical skills, creativity, and resilience. Students gain confidence in approaching complex problems, evaluating multiple solutions, and implementing designs effectively. My goal is for learners to emerge as independent, capable thinkers who can apply engineering principles confidently in academic and real-world contexts.
