About Shounak
I am a mechanical engineer/ guitarist/ 3D moddler and a passionate teacher. I have been teaching for the past 5 years and always used visual aids to picturise a topic.
Repeated Revision,strong basic practicing,Reminder of weakness in particular Lesson,weekly test & retest etc.
Every weekend Slip test & Every fortnight Overall test
Monthly Assesment of students & based on that Teaching method will be changed.

The methodology that I use is desighn thinking and Gamification of my classes.
Eg: If a student is having problem to understand density, I actually take oil and water and show them which goes down a slope faster.
