About Norbert
I am a Certified Energy Engineer holding a Master of Science degree in Energy Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology (1987), with over 30 years of international experience across industrial energy efficiency, power systems, thermal engineering, and decentralised microgrids.
As a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) my professional background spans large-scale industrial projects, European Commission dissemination initiatives, and United Nations technical consultancy.
My passion is mentoring undergraduate (BEng/BSc) and postgraduate students, as well as working professionals to become participants in the Energy Transition, the society needs you to work on it!
I specialise in breaking down dense mathematical models and theoretical physics into intuitive, structured frameworks—helping you master complex concepts, solve past exam problems with confidence, and excel in your academic or professional engineering goals.
