Iam an Emirates Airlines Inflight Performance Standards Purser, Leadership coach and Crew Trainer. Responsible for the development of onboard leaders and management of service delivery standards. I am experienced in candidate selection, meaning I can also develop your interview skill capability. I have successfully trained, mentored and upskilled more than 60 onboard leaders whose careers have since flourished. I have more than 8 years experience of delivering quality tuition, support and coaching and am well able to guide you also. Emirates Airline Inflight Performance Standards Purser with 11 Years experience. Lessons are focused around the learner's requirement. Eg: Interview Preparation (including Emirates Open Day/Group Assessment training), Leadership Training (emerging leader/people leader/operational leader), Business Coaching, Customer Service Training, Managing Diverse Teams, Customer experience training. Tuition may be conducted at my location or learner's location/business location. I am expert in group facilitation as well as 1 :1 training. Sessions are generally capped at 45 mins-1 hr each session.
