About Garrett
With over 5 years of experience as a singing tutor for college students, I focus on creating lessons that are both structured and enjoyable. I believe that singing is not only about technique but also about confidence and self-expression.
My lessons include vocal warm-ups, breathing exercises, pitch training, and tone development, along with song practice and performance preparation. I use modern teaching tools like voice recording, playback feedback, and interactive exercises to make learning more effective and engaging.
Students are encouraged to explore different styles of music and develop their own artistic identity. My teaching style is friendly, motivating, and flexible, ensuring that each student learns at their own pace while making consistent progress.

My methodology for teaching Singing focuses on motivation, communication, creativity, and time management to support overall student development. I believe that with the right guidance and consistent practice, every student can become a better singer.
I create a friendly and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves. I focus on strong fundamentals such as breathing techniques, pitch accuracy, tone development, and voice control, and I explain them in a simple way.
I encourage open communication so students can ask questions and improve faster. I use creative teaching methods like vocal exercises, song practice, and expression training to keep lessons engaging.
Each session is well-structured with time for warm-ups, practice, and feedback. I monitor progress and adjust lessons as needed. In addition to Singing, I also teach music basics, listening skills, and stage performance.
