About Tamer

I’m a biologist, psychologist, and educator with a deep interest in how people learn, known as cognitive psychology. My research and practice focus on understanding the learning process and developing strategies that make learning more effective, engaging, and enduring.

I earned my PhD from the University of Cambridge, where I focused on the psychology of learning, and a Master’s in Education from Harvard University, where I explored the connections between brain function, psychology, and educational practice. My research applies insights from neuroscience and psychology to improve how we study, teach, and retain information — with a particular focus on adolescent learners and undergraduate education.

About the lesson

I provide professional help for undergraduates and postgraduates for their dissertations and course work. I could provide tutoring in all stages of designing your research project, including tips for writing and APA guidance. Do NOT expect this to be a typical tutoring session where I 'talk at you'.. I rather invite you to construct your own knowledge through engaging activities and dialogue in the sessions!

Be prepared to critically engage with the information and to reflect on your learning to create long-lasting learning..

I am very curious to study how we learn. For that, in my PhD at Cambridge, I studied how students learn and how to make their studying more effective Prior to that, I did my Masters at Harvard to learn how the brain’s development could affect our learning ..I am very excited to apply these techniques with you.
