About Baye
I have dedicated the last 12 years to teaching flute and helping students experience the joy of making music. I teach school and college students with patience, positivity, and a student-focused approach. My lessons cover breathing exercises, posture correction, finger coordination, rhythm, scales, articulation, tone production, and musical expression.
I adapt every lesson to the student's pace so learning remains comfortable and enjoyable. Watching students overcome challenges and grow into confident musicians has been one of the greatest rewards of my teaching career.
Besides flute, I also teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, rhythm exercises, music appreciation, and performance preparation. My goal is to inspire students to enjoy music while achieving their personal learning goals.

I believe that every student can learn the flute successfully when they receive patient guidance, positive encouragement, and regular practice. My teaching methodology is based on Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity. I create a friendly learning environment where students enjoy every lesson while building confidence and musical skills.
My lessons are designed according to each student's age, experience, and learning goals. Beginners start by learning breathing exercises, posture, finger placement, note reading, rhythm, and tone production. As students improve, they move on to scales, articulation, dynamics, musical phrasing, improvisation, ornamentation, ensemble playing, and stage performance.
Motivation is an important part of every class. I celebrate every improvement, encourage regular practice, and help students believe in their abilities. Communication is simple and interactive. I explain each topic clearly through demonstrations, practical exercises, and regular feedback. Students are always welcome to ask questions and share their ideas.
Integrity guides my teaching with honesty, respect, fairness, patience, and professionalism. I believe every student deserves equal attention and support. Creativity makes learning exciting through classical music, devotional songs, movie melodies, rhythm games, ear training, listening activities, duet practice, breathing exercises, and simple improvisation.
Besides flute, I also teach music theory, recorder, beginner keyboard, sight reading, rhythm development, ear training, performance preparation, and music appreciation. My goal is to help students become confident, expressive, and disciplined musicians who continue enjoying music throughout their lives.
