About Gideon
I have been competing in Cross Country and Track and Field for 5 years now. I have achieved countless awards in meets, team placements, and more. My fastest times are:
800 meters: 2:10
1600 meters: 4:40
3200 meters: 10:16
5000 meter: 16:27
Half Marathon: 1:23:18
I have been blessed to be the runner that I am and having the ability to run at the collegiate level makes me want to help others achieve their goals

About the lesson

I will train athletes to run the best times at their races. Their training plans will be tailored to them and I will see to it that they get the best training possible. I will teach athletes the importance of every aspect of training and why they must do all of it to become the best runner they can be. However, I am only looking for serious athletes. I don't consider a serious athlete to be fast by definition, but one that will put in the work to improve themself.
I will be talking to you before and after you're activity. While you are doing your workout I will be gathering, organizing, and analyzing data about your past runs and planning future ones.
