I am a graduate of the University of Regina from the Education program with 1 year experience teaching in schools. I am also a Reiki Master Practitioner and personal development coach using my background in education and emotional well-being to help students overcome stress, anxiety and depression while helping with academics as well.

I am very passionate about finding the potential within each of my students or clients and allowing them to express more of that. While I have a solid understanding of curriculum and academics I believe it is very important to infuse an understanding of emotional well-being into school work to help break down limiting beliefs towards a specific subject or concept. Every student and individual has greatness locked up within them and my purpose is to help you express that greatness to it's full potential.
