About Büşra

Hello! My name is Büşra. I am a professional music teacher and a graduate of the Music Education Department at Ondokuz Mayıs University.

I have been teaching music since 2018 and currently work as a teacher at a music school, where I teach piano, electric guitar, and singing. I also give private lessons and prepare students for university music programs, conservatories, and fine arts school entrance exams.

On electric guitar, I particularly focus on rock, blues, metal, and contemporary songs. I enjoy helping students develop both their technical skills and their own musical style.

About the lesson

During the lessons, we work on:

• Note reading and basic music theory
• Proper guitar posture and basic hand positions
• Right- and left-hand techniques
• Chords and chord transitions
• Rhythm and rhythm patterns
• Pick technique
• Finger exercises and technical studies
• Scales, arpeggios, and melodic exercises
• Ear training
• Rhythm and solo playing for electric guitar
• Electric guitar techniques and basic effects
• Repertoire and song practice
• Songs chosen by the student
• Singing while playing guitar and accompaniment skills

All topics are adapted to the student’s level and goals.

I work with students of all ages and levels, from complete beginners with no previous guitar or music knowledge to more experienced students who want to improve their skills.

I do not follow a one-size-fits-all approach. I create each lesson plan according to the student’s musical background, learning pace, interests, preferred music styles, and goals.

At the beginning of the lessons, I assess the student’s current level, including music theory, rhythm, musical ear, guitar technique, and previous experience. Based on this assessment, I create a personalized study plan.

I also include the student’s favorite music and songs they would like to learn, helping them improve technically while keeping the lessons enjoyable and motivating.

Whether you are starting from scratch or already playing at an advanced level, I create a lesson program suited to your age, level, and individual goals.
