As an EFT Spiritual Practitioner, I offer supportive sessions focused on self-awareness, inner peace, and personal growth. Through EFT Tapping, we first work on acknowledging and releasing difficult emotions, emotional pain, limiting beliefs, stress, fear, and past experiences. Once the emotional resistance is released, we create space to consciously adopt healthier thoughts, positive beliefs, self-acceptance, confidence, clarity, and a more peaceful mindset. My approach combines EFT Tapping with spiritual awareness and mindful guidance, helping you connect more deeply with yourself and move forward with greater emotional balance and inner clarity.
