About Omowunmi
I am a sport person and a fuitarian, have always loved sport, exercise and right nutrition right from start, I'm not always okay with me running out of shape that's why I always come up with the greatest exercise and nutritional meal to stay in shape, fit and healthy.

My teaching method is: I teach online, I start my exercise training with a warm up, it's because warm up helps the body awake and ready for the main exercise, afterwards, I begin with the introduction of each exercise by explaining each to my student, telling the effectiveness of the exercise after which the introduction has been completed, I'll dive in to the exercise straight away
