About Harry
Harry Shelswell
Hi I'm Harry,
As a certified life coach, I offer a balanced form of coaching to help people increase all areas of their personal and professional life.
After being fascinated with psychology, philosophy, and meditation over the course of the last 17+ years, I embarked on a journey across the globe which led me through a series of challenges and obstacles as I learned to find balance in the chaos, and succeed in various aspects of life. After developing the necessary tools to navigate through life more harmoniously, I eventually became a coach for others to do the same.
Born in Winchester - United Kingdom, I grew up pondering on the questions such as who am I, and what am I doing here? I always had a strong urge to explore myself and the world, and discover its many wonders, leading me to spend the last 10 years living abroad, working in a number of different countries, while learning from an array of different people and cultures along the way. This journey across the globe not only gave me the strength I needed to tackle the challenges I faced, but It also allowed me to open up my heart, giving me compassion for others, and a deep understanding for the vast complexities that shape our human experience.
Like most people, I have also been through my fair share of problems along the way. From overcoming drug addictions, suicidal depression, navigating life and career transitions, and everything else you could think of in between. It's safe to say that my journey hasn't been short of struggles, but that being said, I wouldn't trade it for anything, as it has made me who I am today, and has given me the wisdom, compassion, and courage I needed to make a meaningful impact on those around me.
My passion in personal development has also allowed me to work with some incredible people over the years. I have spoken at a number of conferences and events, been featured on some well-known podcasts, became the founder of a new management and leadership training program called "My management and leadership philosophy", and taught meditation and Qi gong at a number of retreats and centers.
I have always been a passionate and very determined person, leading me to scale various careers, start various companies, and push the limits of what I was told was possible. Outside of life coaching, I have built 23 houses, worked with famous musicians, been published in 13 international magazines, built a successful music event company, won awards for my artwork, and spoken on stages all over the world. I believe that we are all capable of anything we put our minds and hearts to, we just sometimes need a little help in unlocking our potential and finding our way.
I bring a wealth of experience working with a broad and diverse group of people at all stages of their lives and careers, and I love assisting people on their journey through life. I feel like being a life coach is not only my purpose, but also a chance to gift back to the world what I have learned along the way.

I offer a compassionate and supportive form of life coaching while simultaneously being clear, direct, and solution orientated - tailored to your unique journey and needs.
We'll explore where you are currently at, where you want to go, what is preventing you from getting there, and how to get there effectively. I'll help you understand everything that is holding you back to gain clarity on your path, and equip you with all of the tools and guidance you need to get there.
I hold a practitioner's diploma in life coaching, extensive experience in all aspects of life, and I am fully insured for all of my services.
My coaching is mainly aimed at people who are dealing with life and career transitions, lacking clarity and direction on their path, feeling unbalanced and stressed with busy work schedules and wanting better routines and work-life balances, and people seeking to improve their leadership or public speaking confidence and skills.
